Exercise: Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch

Start in a kneeling position with your right leg forward. You may rest your hands on a chair or something sturdy for balance.

Now slowly bend the right knee and shift your weight to your right foot. Keep your back straight.

Hold for at least 30 seconds, then switch legs.
